CM Limburg Headquarters wins international Active House Award 2024
archipelago is thrilled to announce that our project CM Limburg Headquarters is the winner of the international Active House Award 2024 in the ‘Principle’ category.
The design by archipelago follows a strong vision on the new world of working, mixed with a public programme, and connected to the surrounding Demer park.
The new HQ offers a variety of work and meeting spaces, both inside and outside. A pathway that starts at the entrance area grows like a tree through the building and connects to the different working environments.
A modular approach allows the building to easily adapt to future changes. This allows CM to evolve as an organisation and provide a long-term, healthy and comfortable environment for all its CM employees, members and volunteers.
