From Borgerstein to Borgerwijk
The new Borgerwijk district will comprise a new care landscape for 120 elderly care residents, 70 disabled clients, 50 service flats and an administrative/logistics building. The existing seminary building will also be renovated and expanded as part of a residential development project. The proposal submitted by the Cores – Vanhout projects – Monument – Vanhout – B&R team, working together with the designers from ar-te | archipelago, Stephane Beel Architects, Boydens, Mouton and Ontwerpbureau Pauwels, was selected by the commissioning party following a competition dialogue initiated in 2017.
