New urban crèche “Ons Zonneke”: babies and toddlers move in
“In Landen, babies and toddlers have moved into the city’s new nursery ‘Ons Zonneke’. The new nursery is located on the same site as the Huis van het Kind (a children’s amusement centre), the Welfare Office, and the Oleyck Care Campus. Ons Zonneke provides place for up to 72 babies and toddlers. Spots at the nursery are highly coveted since the demand for childcare in Landen is greater than the supply. Consequently, expectant parents must already reserve a spot in the nursery during the early stages of pregnancy. However, at the new location, space for emergency care is also provided.”
