Site Haute: archipelago selected for feasibility study
| For the feasibility study of a large-scale renovation project in the center of the Brussels’ area Les Marolles, archipelago, together with OFFICEU, Tractebel and OSMOS, have been officially selected as the winning team by housing company Logement Bruxellois.
The feasibility study for Site Haute will look at the existing buildings on site, as well as the public space, to determine a sustainable strategy for future use. Different scenarios, ranging from renovation to extensions and rebuilding, will envision potential transformations for green open spaces, and inclusive housing program and smart energy use for the entire project.
